1. What are the system requirements?
2. Is it possible to implement it on Google Colab? If yes can you share how have you done it?

Thanks for your attention to HINet.
For system requirements, we conduct the experiments on Ubuntu 18.04, python 3.6.9, pytorch 1.5.1, cuda 10.1.
We currently have no plans to implement it in Colab.
