Developers should gain a basic understanding of databases and their guiding principles.

This includes a basic understanding of how databases operate and best practices. This is not an in-depth study, but should be enough that developers can talk with each other about database design principles and make informed decisions when working with the telemetry database.

Each person will have watched an intro to database video(s). (TBD)
