Summary table does not show empty circles for tasks that await student action

Hi, Today while correcting homework exercises I noticed that in case I comment an exercise, an empty cirlcle status appears next to the exercise.
However on the summary table on top this is not updated and I still see full circles (or checks in case the solution was accepted).
To be sure, I disabled privacy badger and ublock origin and tried ctrl+F5 (several times). I still have full cirle indicators everywhere.

It works properly on windows 10 machine with firefox 83, but the issue as described above appears on fedora32 with firefox 83.
In chromium on fedora it works also fine., so maybe some issues specific to firefox on linux.
