  1. Passengers are not allowed to enter.
  • This does not apply to:
  • British nationals and nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See);
  • residents of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See);
  • family members of nationals and residents of Estonia;
  • passengers with a long-term visa issued by Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland;
  • passengers residing in and arriving from Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates or Uruguay;
  • passengers with a written confirmation of being an unmarried partner of a national or a resident of Estonia, issued by the national or resident of Estonia;
  • students;
  • passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.
  1. Passengers must present a completed "Travellers Questionnaire for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19" at check-in or upon arrival. The form can be found at https://iseteenindus.terviseamet.ee/ and must be completed at most 3 days before arrival.
  • This does not apply to:
  • passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 9 months before arrival;
  • passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose at least 14 days and at most 9 months before arrival;
  • passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival. More details can be found at https://www.terviseamet.ee/en/coronavirus/travelling-and-covid-19#exceptions
  1. Passengers could be subject to self-isolation for 7 days.
