  1. Passengers entering or transiting Fiji must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) and Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years traveling with a fully vaccinated parent or guardian.
  1. Passengers entering Fiji from a country other than Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cook Isl., Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong (SAR China), Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Malta, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Mongolia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norfolk Isl., Northern Mariana Isl., Norway, Oman, Palau, Portugal, Qatar, Samoa, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vanuatu or Wallis and Futuna Isl. must have a pre-approval from the COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Taskforce (CRMT) or the Fijian Immigration Department (FID).
  • This does not apply to nationals of Fiji.
  1. Passengers entering or transiting through Fiji from Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cook Isl., Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong (SAR China), Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Malta, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Mongolia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norfolk Isl., Northern Mariana Isl., Norway, Oman, Palau, Portugal, Qatar, Samoa, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vanuatu or Wallis and Futuna Isl. must have:
  • a negative COVID-19 LAMP, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR or TMA test taken at most 2 days before departure from the first embarkation point; or
  • a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Fiji. The test must be based on mid-turbinate swab, nasal, nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal (saliva is also accepted for LAMP, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR and TMA tests). The test certificate must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation. This does not apply to:
  • passengers younger than 12 years;
  • passengers with a positive COVID-19 test taken at most 30 days before departure. They must have a medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner showing they are fit to fly and have completed an isolation period.
  1. Passengers arriving from Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cook Isl., Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong (SAR China), Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Malta, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Mongolia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norfolk Isl., Northern Mariana Isl., Norway, Oman, Palau, Portugal, Qatar, Samoa, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vanuatu or Wallis and Futuna Isl. must have proof of:
  • at least 3 nights pre-paid accommodation at a Care Fiji Commitment (CFC) hotel; and
  • certified transport from the airport. They must have stayed in Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cook Isl., Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong (SAR China), Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Malta, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Mongolia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norfolk Isl., Northern Mariana Isl., Norway, Oman, Palau, Portugal, Qatar, Samoa, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vanuatu or Wallis and Futuna Isl. in the last 14 days.
  1. Passengers arriving from a country other than Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cook Isl., Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong (SAR China), Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Malta, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Mongolia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norfolk Isl., Northern Mariana Isl., Norway, Oman, Palau, Portugal, Qatar, Samoa, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Vanuatu or Wallis and Futuna Isl. must have proof of pre-paid accommodation of at least 14 nights at a Fiji Managed Quarantine facility.
  2. Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
  • This does not apply to nationals and residents of Fiji.
  1. Passengers transiting through Fiji for up to 72 hours are subject to quarantine until their connection flight at a Care Fiji Commitment hotel booked at https://www.fiji.travel/covid-19/safer-than-ever or at a Fiji Managed Quarantine Facility.
  2. Airline crew of foreign airlines must have:
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) and Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty); and
  • a negative COVID-19 LAMP, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR or TMA test taken at most 3 days before departure. The test must be based on mid-turbinate swab, nasal, nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal or saliva.
  1. Airline crew of foreign airlines are subject to quarantine until their next flight at a hotel booked at https://www.fiji.travel/covid-19/safer-than-ever or at a Fiji Managed Quarantine Facility.
