- Passengers and airline crew are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to passengers with an approval from the FSM National COVID-19 Task Force.
- Passengers traveling to Pohnpei (PNI) must have a Certificate of Qualified Entry obtained at https://pohnpeistate.gov.fm/certficate-of-qualified-entry/ .
- Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; and
- a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English.
- Passengers are subject to quarantine for up to 14 days and medical screening upon arrival.
