  1. Passengers must complete a Digital Passenger Locator Form found at https://app.euplf.eu/
  2. Passengers must have:
  • a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
  • a negative COVID-19 antigen taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
  • they were vaccinated with Janssen at least 28 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
  • they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi at least 7 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
  • they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi and received a booster dose of Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty); or
  • they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm and Sinovac and received a dose of Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty); or
  • a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days and at most 6 months before departure from the first embarkation point if arriving from Andorra, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chad, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Monaco, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Samoa, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Vatican City (Holy See), Venezuela and Viet Nam.
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
  1. Passengers entering or transiting through France from a country other than Andorra, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chad, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Monaco, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Samoa, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Vatican City (Holy See), Venezuela and Viet Nam must have a completed sworn statement obtained at https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/covid-19-international-travel
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.

Rep., Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Monaco, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Samoa, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Vatican City (Holy See), Venezuela and Viet Nam must present a completed Travel Certificate before boarding and to immigration upon arrival obtained at https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/covid-19-international-travel
  • This does not apply to:
  • passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
  • they were vaccinated with Janssen at least 28 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
  • they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi at least 7 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
  • they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi and received a booster dose of Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty); or
  • they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm and Sinovac and received a dose of Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty);
  • passengers younger than 12 years.
  1. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival.
  • This does not apply to:
  • passengers arriving from Andorra, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chad, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Lao People's Dem.
