  1. Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form" at https://travel.eplf.gov.ie/en at most 72 hours before arrival.
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years. 2.Passengers entering or transiting through Ireland (Rep.) must have:
  • a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
  • a positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival; or
  • a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 6 months before arrival; or
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
  • a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac.   • This does not apply to passengers who are 11 years or younger.
  1. Residence permits issued by Ireland (Rep.) which have expired on or after 20 March 2020 are considered valid until 31 May 2022.
