Add YouTube Video Links for CSC321 Introduction to Neural Networks - U Toronto

The course page for CSC 321 - Intro to Neural Networks taught by Roger Grosse and Nitish Srivastava is here. The only thing lacking in the course is the fact that the pre-recorded videos that the course uses (taught by Geoff Hinton) doesn't have any links, they are merely named alphabetically.

It would be great If we could create links for those videos, more specifically which videos to watch for a particular lecture, the course outline along with all requisite material is already present.
