GitHub bugs not updating

This dist has no bugs section, but there are clearly open issues on the repository: https://fastapi.metacpan.org/v1/distribution/App-perlimports

Possibly there's an issue with GitHub tokens when the cron is being run.

On June 7th, 2020 at 02:42 (UTC) your application (MetaCPAN) used an access token (with the User-Agent libwww-perl/6.15) as part of a query parameter to access an endpoint through the GitHub API.

Please use the Authorization HTTP header instead as using the `access_token` query parameter is deprecated.

I'm not sure where the access_token error came from, but it doesn't appear to be a problem in the ticket script.

I can't see anything immediately wrong with the script - I tried running it on the server and everything appeared to work, yet it still didn't seem update ticket counts. It seems that it needs more debug messaging to uncover where the problem is.
