Un nuevo form para "voluntarios" que permita cargar nuevos productos.

Los productos requieren validación tiene un sistema de validación similar a sucursales: otros usuarios pueden marcarlas como sospechosas.

Un producto no aparece en la búsqueda hasta que tenga un voto de confirmación de otro voluntario. Si tiene dos votos negativos se borra automáticamente.

Un voluntario puede editar los productos cargados, reiniciando los votos de confirmación (se debe confirmar de nuevo).
