Add bower.json with dependency on a specific ember-auth version

@mbixby There is currently an explicit dependency in package.json on EmberAuth ~8.0. Can you explain how adding a bower dependency as well would help?

I don't mean that question pejoratively, it is an honest question. Happy to do it if it helps.
