Would be useful to clarify how the --debug and --quiet options in WP-CLI effect the logging done by the handler.

Added https://github.com/mhcg/monolog-wp-cli/wiki/FAQs page including a short description of how WPCLIHander uses the WP-CLI flags --quiet and --debug.
