App crashes when opening relative URLs

The app crashes if a relative URL (one without a hostname or protocol) is posted in the shoutbox, and the URL is opened. This is a rare occurrence, but in such situations the app should interpret the URL relative to the Therian Guide forum URL (i.e. "https://forums.therian-guide.com/").
