[bug] Upload Button Persistent on Mobile (Android)

Description of the bug

Using docker desktop on windows 11 & filestash v0.5.20240717. I'm only using SAMBA as backend with PASHTHROUGH authentication. I disabled upload button and it is gone as expected on desktop. However the button is still there on mobile (android). Tested on chrome browsers.

Step by step instructions to reproduce the bug

Use admin console to setup SAMBA with PASSTHROUGH. Then disable upload button. Then access through mobile (android). Use chrome browser on mobile mode. Upload button is there.

Can you replicate that error from the demo?

No, beyond my capabilities.

Observed behavior

Settings only applies to desktop.

Expected behavior

Global setting for both desktop and mobile.
