[bug] .odt documents result in blank page #755

Description of the bug

When clicking on .odt documents it just opens a blank page with no download offered.

When enabling OnlyOffice integration in the settings it shows the correct error that Only Office can't be reached.

Most likely it just lacks the download functionality when no office integration is configured.
