Votes on renaming go-plugins. Either nitro-plugins, no-plugins or something entirely different. Separately votes to possibly scrap it entirely and double down purely on in memory implementations. |

I went with the nitro- prefix for clarity since what you'll import is github.com/asim/nitro-plugins |
