Great, thanks for the quick response @RobRol! |
Hey @RobRol, I've actually just tried to contact [email protected] in order to enquire about the CSPP Plus program, however it appears that email address does not exist. Would you be able to locate the correct email address for me by any chance? |
When using Office365 online, users have the ability to open the document in the "Desktop App", which provides a much better UX.
However, when using our WOPI integration, the "Open in Desktop App" option is unavailable.
Is it possible to enable this in the WOPI integration? I was unable to find any documentation about it. I did see that the documentation used to mention it in passing but the reference was removed in 2017.
Additionally, this question on the Microsoft forum seems to suggest that this is unavailable. (I'm also found #452 but I'm unsure if it's related).
If it's not possible to enable the desktop app integration, is this on the roadmap at all for WOPI?
