What happened?

When loading the model "o3-mini-2025-01-31", the model_info fails to correctly set fields like vision, json_output, etc.

What did you expect to happen?

It should correctly reflect model capabilities.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Load this model.

0.4.5
