Deploying microservices listening on localhost built using docker compose

Hi,

We have a distributed event driven microservices built using docker compose. These microservices listening on localhost and each
microservice uses a different localhost port. While we were able to deploy this to Azure Container Instances seamlessly using the docker compose file, how does a microservice talk to another microservice or DB for that matter in Container Apps.

Is it even possible to map and route localhost:portnumber to a specific microservice in Azure Container Apps?
