Conversation not saved after call

I made a call and a full errand but this conversation does not show up in the overview

The previous call was saved correctly but not the second one for unknown reasons

I can see the previous conversation which was made with phonenumber x, then I changed the calling phonenumber in CS to y and called again afterwards and only the call from number x was saved.

To be clear it was not the case of two calls from the same number using the same conversation history
