Conversation history containing duplicate sentences in multiple messages

Setup:

Call to container,
vad_silence_timeout_ms 500ms->3000ms
recognition_stt_complete_timeout_ms 100ms->3000ms

Issue:

The conversation history in /report writes down each sentence twice in almost every message

The extended delays makes the sentences full and the audio/conversation well functioning, only problem inside the conversation is that the bot always says "I am updating" twice repeatedly, it happened 3 times in a short conversation
