Issues arising from multiple GTM and Clarity instances

Scenario

When combining Clarity and GTM, I have the above

I have Clarity installed in GTM Container A with project id A. GTM Container A is linked to GTM Container B via “zones” -> “link Container”.

GTM Container B also installs Clarity with project id B.

Issue

I had two problems:

1. The first is that, as shown below, there is about a two-fold difference in the data from the two projects.

2. Secondly, the custom tag I set via the clarity(“set”, “key”, “value”)api will only work on project A

Question

1. Is the above usage scenario supported? Looking at past issues, clarity supports multiple instances, so why would the data be different for the two projects?

2. If Clarity supports multiple instances, how to set custom tags for multiple clarity?
