Unable to use yo docker - node.js w/Express

When using the express generator, we seem to get into an infinite loop when starting the debugger.
Repro steps:

• https://expressjs.com/en/starter/generator.html
• task composefordebug
• start the debugger

The debugger cycles indefinitely

I saw this as well when I attempted to debug an express app.
