How does monaco-editor interact with the code classes tree?

1. Can monaco-editor get classes/properties/methods of the current code file?
   Since VSCode has a tree structure for extracting, does monaco-editor have this function?
   

2. How does monaco-editor interact with this tree(you can click the tree-node in VScode, the editor will focus on a specific location. )? I read the API documentation and there is no targeted API.
