@example for plainDate

I'm trying out the new @example decorator and it works well from what I've seen but for plainDate/offsetDateTime data types.

For example, when I try to provide an example for a date field like this:

model Foo {
  @example("2020-12-12")
  bar: plainDate;
}

the TypeSpec compiler will error with this message:

error unassignable: Type '"2020-12-12"' is not assignable to type 'plainDate'
> 21 |   @example("2020-12-12")

Other date/time related examples are also failing, i.e. @example("2022-09-15T14:15:00+08:00") for a offsetDateTime property gives the same error.

What is the correct way of providing example date/time values?

Oh, I think I found it right after posting 🤦

This seems to do the trick:

@example(plainDate.fromISO("2020-12-12"))
