Can you specifiy the APEX version for BEITv2? #986

The latest APEX does not support torch v1.7.1. anymore.

In NVIDIA/apex#1532, it seems the quickest solution is to install an older apex version. Can you provide the version or commit ID of apex?

Currently, I have tried some older versions (v22.01/v22.04,...) and none of them worked so far.

nvm. I found I hadn't installed the v22.01 apex properly. After a clean installation, it fixed the problem.
