[Suggestion] It would be better to keep the case of the tips consistent in the input box when swapping slots

Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

1. Create a app service -> Create a slot.
2. F1 -> Azure App Service: Swap Deploy Slot... -> Select a subscription -> Select a resource.
3. Check the tip in the input box.

Actual:
Show "Select Deployment Slot" tip in the input box.

Suggestion;
It would be better to keep the case of the tips consistent in the input box when swapping slots.
The tips about selecting a subscription and a resource as below:

1. This issue also reproduces when executing "Edit.../Rename.../Toggle as Slot Setting" and executing "View Deployment Logs/Redploy/Commit in GitHub" for the deployment.
