No "Deploying..." label displays next to the web app when deploying a project

Repro Steps:

1. Open a project in VSCode.
2. Create a new web app -> Click "Deploy" button in the notification -> Select the opened project.
3. Check whether the "Deploying..." label displays next to the web app.

Expect:
The "Deploying..." label displays next to the web app.

Actual:
No "Deploying..." label displays next to the web app.

More Info:
This issue doesn't reproduce when deploying a project using "Deploy to Web App..." command.
