Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Create a new web app.
Add a new application setting for the above web app.
Toggle the above setting as a "Slot Setting" and then rename this application setting.
Check whether the tooltip "Slot Setting" still appears.

Expected:
The tooltip "Slot Setting" still appears after renaming the setting.

Actual:
The tooltip "Slot Setting" is removed after renaming the setting.
