Describe the bug
The Add Work Item button on the Act screen only shows a Link to Existing workitem. Doesn't allow me to create new work items

Are you using the Retrospectives Tool on-prem?

If Yes, what version of the extension?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to retrospective office.microsoft.com project OC
  2. Select any retrospective in the
  3. Click on Act tab
  4. Click Add Work Item
  5. Only Link to existing workitem option appears. New workitem list doesn't

Expected behavior
A list of available workitems is shown as callout in the documentation
