Restrospective Vote not trustable (it is possible unvote, vote you did not vote)

In the Retrospective board – Vote Tab any one can remove vote from card that does not vote.
If I set up 03 votes per person, each person can use the 03 votes. A example: If I apply my 03 votes in one card it is possible to go to another card (that I did not vote) UnVote some of the votes there. It will decrease the vote number, and I can use this vote in other card. O the tooling (retrospective) is not trustable to do retrospective as the most voted cards will the focus of the team for next step like Problem solving, Root cause analysis.
Scrum team use it each sprints (02 weeks) and the entire ART use in the PI retrospective and PI Planning retrospective where we have all stakeholder attending. I can’t use it as anybody can do it (not intentionally) without knowing that did and it can have no trusted results.
I classified as a very urgent to solve.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Dashboard'
2. Click on Retropective
3. You have to have a retrospective dashboard filled with cards
4. Go to Vote tab.
5. See error (try to take out - unVote) a card that has mumber of vote.
6. Try to vote in other cards. Important you do all your vote.

We expect:

• Define number of vote that each one will have.
• Vote acording this number. If 3 is 3 as example
• The team member can only unvote in the card already vote by themself.
• Nobody can be alloed to unvote in cards that the person did not vote.

Curious if this issue list is monitored by Microsoft. Variations of this issue have been reported for several months.

Is anyone from Microsoft paying attention? The vote counting has not worked for more than 6 months.
