I'm currently working on this issue.

The InstallerUrl you provided here seems to be an interactive only installer. I'll try if portable version is supported by winget.exe.

The portable x64 edition can't launch in my Windows 11 amd64 Sandbox instance, but it works normally as expected in my Windows 11 amd64 Host instance.

Note

Built-in regedit.exe in Sandbox instance is available. It works as expected. I think if there's a restriction to Regedix.exe.
