For those of you who want to get into KOFXV but have absolutely garbage computers. For best compatibility, change these things too:
In game settings: Bloom = Off Depth of Field = On or Off Anti-Alias Processing = Off Shadows = On or Off Mipmap = On or Off Anisotropic Filtering = Off Ray Tracing = Off
GameUserSettings.ini settings: sg.ResolutionQuality = Whatever you want, just keep in mind lower gives more FPS bUseVSync = True
