Typer proposes a new argument annotation style using typing.Annotated (https://docs.python.org/3/library/typing.html?highlight=annotated#typing.Annotated), see: https://typer.tiangolo.com/tutorial/arguments/optional/#an-alternative-cli-argument-declaration

-> Note this only supported starting from Python 3.9, so we defer this for now.
