NonAdminBackup status progress

Goal

We want to check how is the best way to present NonAdminBackup status to users. We already have some ideas, but would like to hear your opinion!

Current idea

Users would track NonAdminBackup status through NonAdminBackup, and it will have:

• backupStatus with the info about its related Velero Backup object
• more high level detailed information

This approach, would let users use oc CLI to track NonAdminBackup status progress.

Other ideas

Users would track NonAdminBackup status progress through related Velero Backup object with velero CLI.
