No such file or directory: 'requires.txt' #43

The Error "No such file or directory: 'requires.txt'" appears when I try to install the package, and I cannot manage to fix it.

i am having the same error. freezing the requiement file does not fix it.

Try using python 3.6/3.7

Try using python 3.6/3.7

Still fails with python 3.7.17
