nice to have degree on fretboard note labels (settings)
e.g. interval name to degree
1 = 1
m2 = b2
M2 = 2
m3 = b3
M3 = 3
4 = 4
d5 = b5
5 = 5
m6 = b6
M6 = 6
m7 = b7
M7 = 7

OK, so rather than 'm' and 'M' (minor and major), just use 'b' for flat.
The easiest thing would be to make this a common setting throughout.

the idea is to add the new (degree), not to replace the current one (intervals)
think it's different between the degree and the interval in music
