Gluetun control server auth

Hi, I couldn't find anything in the docs, does the new release support authentication for the control server as this is now (or in the next release, I'm not 100% sure) requested by gluetun?

No, not yet.

Looks like this is after 3.40.0, the test here is passing without defining anything special.

Are running into failures on your end, or just wondering before upgrade?

No, no issues, I was just curious. I downgraded recently to v3.38, as the messages with the upcoming auth kept cluttering my log, so I'm now running a fairly old version. I will upgrade again when it's included.

By the way, thank you for your work, it makes life so much easier!

I've got a new package out in dev on dockerhub and ghcr. Would you mind giving a go to miklosbagi/gluetrans:dev?

Roughly the following changes will be required for your docker compose setup:

1. Set GLUETUN_CONTROL_API_KEY in your environment variables.
2. Create a role in gluetun's config.toml with the same API key.
3. Map config.toml to gluetun container.
4. Set the same API key in gluetrans' environment variables.

I made an attempt to update the documentation and the examples:

• config.toml example
• PiaVPN example

I'm still testing this on my end, but looks promising.

You can test with gluetrans:v0.3.5 and gluetun:3.40.0, should be OK now.
But needs the modifications outlined above ☝🏻
