Integration of Everything and Riggrep-all into Consult

Everything and ripgrep-all are the two search utilities that I can not do without on Windows. I am very happy to discover consult-everything and consutl-ripgrep-all, for they integrate these tools into Emacs.

As I use Consult more often recently, I discovered that the integration of Everything and Riggrep-all into Consult is as simple as a few lines of code:

;; make sure that es.exe and rga.exe are discoverable in the $PATH
(when (eq system-type 'windows-nt)
	(setq consult-locate-args "es -sort date-modified-descending")
	(setq consult-ripgrep-args "rga --null --line-buffered --color=never --max-columns=1000 --path-separator /\  --smart-case --no-heading --with-filename --line-number")
)

On non-Windows systems, consult-locate and consult-ripgrep will work as they are designed to work.
