How to change database name, database user name and password?

Hi,
Nice work, thank you. For security reasons, I want to change database name, database user name and password, at least the password, but I fail to do so.

I did modify both docker-compose and odoo.conf, cf here.

But I get ERROR: relation "ir_module_module" does not exist at character 53:

Even when I change only the password with ASCII characters such as 123.
