Tier feature doesn't allow to edit nor delete them

Once a Tier is created there's no way to Edit it's configuration apart from the access key and secret key.
It also doesn't allow to delete them so you have to do it using mc client.

Expected Behavior

• Allow to Edit all fields similar to Add Tier step for all Tiers i.e MinIO, AWS, etc.
  e.g.

• Allow to delete a Tier configuration

Current Behavior

• Only allows to edit access key and secret key

• No option to delete Tier

1. Add Tier
2. Click on item on the list
3. Only access key and secret key fields are editable
