How to apply?

I would like to know how to apply this skin to the desktop client of Steam (Win10).

1. Download the .zip file here
2. Unpack the file
3. Move the folder to the "skins" folder in the Steam folder. Mostly under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins

After that the folder structure should be the following:

Steam\
└── skins\
    ├── metro-for-steam-4.4\
    ├── friends\
    ├── graphics\
    ...

4. Then go into the steam settings, interface and select metro-for-steam-4.4
