Follow up on analytics in DataHub

If it doesn't get merged, we can still proceed with GA by applying the patch to our own fork of the frontend, however it would be simpler to maintain if the only thing we are changing is the config.

Ideally, we would like to avoid maintaining a fork altogether, which can be done if ministryofjustice/data-catalogue#156 is implemented.
