要解决什么问题

目前 MIP 的所有跟后端请求相关的，都会涉及到跨域问题，以及 HTTPS 的问题，目前这块关于跨域的说明散落在各个组件和机制里面，阅读起来比较困难，因此需要专门有一篇文档说明一下这个问题；
有站长反映 MIP 的组件文档比较难读，特别是开篇的表格不知道是干嘛的，因此应该写一篇文章讲一下组件文档的格式以及阅读方法，并且看看能不能时不时优化掉部分组件的文档。
