Changing

      this.elem.style.top = (top + height) + 'px';

to

      this.elem.style.bottom = (top + height) + 'px';

makes the pop-down menu into a pop-up menu when integrating into medium-js WYSIWYG editor library, but I am totally new to JS so possibly this is expected.
