Setting up Misskey alongside existing Nginx reverse proxy setup?

Hi, we are installing Misskey from the shell script with Systemd instead of Docker and it overrides our original Nginx config setup to handle traffic from certain (sub)domains.

Now how do we know what is being changed from the Nginx config, and what should we do to bring the subdomain reverse proxy setup back to the configs?
