Steps to Reproduce

Login to Open Discussions in QA.
Go to https://discussions-rc.odl.mit.edu/settings/account
Click "Change password".

Expected Behavior

You are redirected to the Keycloak "signing-in" page in account settings.

Actual Behavior

404 message from Keycloak.
