Once a machine has a portable directory structure, it should be able to display through the Archive UI a fully functional version of the content. This task is to check process against that goal, and things required.

Stretch goal - should seamlessly integrate local and remote resources, i.e. going to IA (or IPFS, WebTorrent etc) for stuff not present locally.
