Sort & Sed commands are hindering the training

Somehow, the sort and sed commands are causing the training to die at 8000 epochs with constant production of ERROR 1 and OUT is empty.

The sort and sed commands should be ran in a separate terminal, and once they produce the train.txt and test.txt the terminal be closed, and a new terminal runs the training script.
Weird stuff here.
